Joysanne Sidimus Subsidy Fund

One of the mandates of the Artists' Health Centre Foundation is to assist artists with financial need to pay for the non-OHIP health treatments offered at the Al & Malka Green Artists’ Health Centre. We have established a fund to provide limited subsidies to eligible professional Canadian artists (from all arts disciplines) with occupationally related health care needs to be applied toward the cost of treatments at the Artists’ Health Centre that are not covered by public or private health insurance.

This fund has been named in honour of Joysanne Sidimus, whose vision and passion have been instrumental in the creation of the Artists’ Health Centre Foundation.

Please note that this program is funded entirely through private donations and fundraising events, and awards are subject to availability of funds.

Program guidelines and an application form are available below for download.  Please read through both documents carefully before applying and call the Foundation at 416 351 0239 if you have any questions.
